A Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor is required to join a large prestigious Main Contractor based in north London.
Remuneration:
£37,000 - £42,000 per annum plus car/car allowance and benefits

The Client
My client is part of an internationally renowned group who has an annual turnover of approximately £1.5 billion. The division that I am currently dealing with concentrates on the refurbishment, modernisation and enhancement of public sector residential buildings as well as planned maintenance and Decent Homes Contracts.
Projects include kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, window renewals, heating and electrical installations, disabled adaptations, structural repairs and external repair packages
The Role:
My client is looking for a source 2 Project level Quantity Surveyors to work on a number of social housing projects in the North London area. The projects are all located within commutable distance from my client’s office, and as the successful Quantity Surveyor you will be required to work from site and occasionally report back to the office in North London
This opportunity has arisen as my client has recently expanded their department and our looking to recruit 2 new Quantity Surveyors.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a company where there are endless opportunities to progress through the ranks and eventually get to a Commercial Manager position where they may eventually be running their own department
Requirements:
Ideally 6-8+ years Quantity Surveying experience
You must already be at a Project Quantity Surveyor level or already handling your own projects
HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying is beneficial
Main Contractor background
Social housing/residential/maintenance project experience
Candidates from other sectors (civils, utilities) will be considered however you must be prepared to work on social housing projects
