SENIOR M&E SURVEYOR: Manchester/ Manc Airport £45-55,000 + Car & Excellent Package I am currently recruiting for a global player in Cost Consultancy and Project Management. This business is one of the most recognized names in construction with global revenues generating over £200 million. I am recruiting for a Senior M&E Surveyor who is to take heavy involvement in the project for Terminal 2, Manchester Airport. This project comes around because Manchester Airport, having outgrown its regional status to become a major international airport, forecast the limit of passenger throughput for the existing single terminal would soon be exceeded. The project is the first phase of the airport?s largest project to date, a 12 million capacity passenger terminal comprising 70,000m2 of functional floor area on four levels, 600m long pier serving 14 nr air bridges, combined heat and power plant together with associated infrastructure works. What I am looking for are candidates that have the experience and ability to provide the client with strategic engineering services advice, as well as advising colleagues. This person will need to be a senior candidate with the drive to aspire to quickly reach Associate status. This position is a very important one for the business; because of the continued growth of work both in the region and on this project, this position is seen as one that will be given the opportunity to develop quickly through the business.
