HR Manager
Role Purpose
? Design, deliver, and evaluate management training and development interventions to directly support the company’s performance management system, competency framework(s), and personal development planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and deliver competency-based T&D courses and workshops to directly support a management core skills curriculum and ensure continuous alignment with corporate values.
? Conduct management & leadership 360° assessments for development, and give individual feedback related to developmental needs and solutions.
? Conduct Train-the-Trainer workshops, where appropriate, to rollout new group-wide training initiatives.
? Work with all managers to facilitate the development of meaningful PDPs and monitor and evaluate progress made against plans.
Qualifications
? HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
? Management Training qualification (ILM or similar) would be an advantage
Experience
? Relevant years experience in a learning & development or management development role (preferably with line management experience) in private sector and/or performance-driven multinational organisations.
Skills
? Tenacious, able to see projects through.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Persuasive and credible.
