Document Controller, Location: Sunbury

Record and control all contractual documentation. Maintain electronic and hard copy files of documents as required.

Control & maintain all contractual documentation, recording status of documents both internal & external using computerised issuing systems

Maintain files of contract documents to meet client requirements for inclusion in final documentation packages (MRSs and O&Ms)

Prepare and transmit contract documents internally (departmental) and externally (client/vendor)

Expedite outstanding vendor documentation on behalf of the Projects department

Compilation of O&M manuals to meet specific client requirements

Control of company engineering standards library

Scanning and photocopying of complete MRSs and O&Ms

Archiving of all documents on closed projects.

Qualifications:

Required: GCSE level
Preferred: Excellent office administration skills

Skills Required:

Must be computer literate as most clients operated custom made document control systems as well as being familiar with standard Microsoft office Package.
Self motivated, able to organise work-load and meet deadlines.

Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar office / engineering / technical environment.

Experience Preferred:
Experienced in 0 & M compilation and knowledge.
