BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Focal point for all Project HSE matters; Provides a support function to project management, ensuring adequate HSE input;
Generates Project HSE Plan and aligns objectives and systems with company requirements;
Conduct Contractor and subcontractor Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance Project Audits as required;
Ensure compliance with Project, Company and legislative HSE requirements
Coordinate HSE Training for the project;
Oversee and monitor investigation of accident and other undesired events; Assist in implementation of activities to prevent reoccurrence; Follow up for implementation of remedial and corrective actions;
Supervises, co-ordinates and monitors HSE performance on projects.
Facilitate Hazid process; Maintain project Hazid register.

Trained in TapRoot Incident Investigation Analysis
Professional qualifications in either of the HSE Disciplines
Qualified Lead Internal Auditor


Skills
Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively and confidently communicate with internal and external audiences.
Must be able to be a part of a team.
Strong coordination, organization and liaison skills with the ability to seek and gain consensus solutions to complex issues;
Self motivated and able to operate with little supervision


Qualifications and Education
Relevant experience in appropriate level working in Subsea and/or offshore environment with a minimum of 5 years experience dedicated to one or more of the HSE disciplines

Minimum 5 years experience required
