Key skills required Technical competence Clear and confident communicator Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously Highly motivated with an attention to detail IT capable and familiar with process engineering software Capable of working as part of a diverse team Key responsibilities Design activities associated with enquiries and contracts for marine cargo plant and onshore storage facilities. Ensuring safe and economic design is satisfied and striving for continuous improvement in design and process of design. Production and checking of engineering documents such as: Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) Calculations Datasheets Material Lists Operating and commissioning manuals Quotation evaluations for both tender and contracts Continual Process Improvement (CPI) through the initiation and completion of RPIs (Requests for Process Improvements) Commissioning and gas trials Communication with Classification societies and vendors to resolve technical issues that arise Adhere to the company policies and procedures Other Information There will be a requirement for international travel to carry out commissioning and gas trials activities. There may also be the requirement to travel to meet with clients and vendors in certain instances.
