An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of the UK's largest retailers with over 1400 outlets and growing!
Now over 20 years old this highly established and successful business is seeking an experienced Buyer to join the purchasing team.
This role will be responsible for sourcing new product ranges and negotiating the best terms whilst achieving sales and margin targets. Additional responsibilities include implementing new ranges for stores, presenting new products to the Senior Management team and liaison with suppliers.
A strong buying background is required with previous experience in sourcing food or beverages, ideally for the retail sector. Excellent communication are paramount as is the ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve targets.
