Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor – £55k package


My client is a medium sized well respected PQS / Consultancy based in Central London looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor.

Remuneration:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus benefits

Benefits will include:

Company car or car allowance
BUPA / Private Health Care
5 weeks annual holiday allowance

The company:

My client is well established and was founded over 70 year’s ago. The company has expanded dramatically over the last few years and recently successfully secured a number of exciting projects, due to this and the expansion of the company my client is looking for another Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The job:

The successful candidate will report directly to one of the four partners. This role is an excellent opportunity to progress within the company as there is brilliant support and training in place as they very much invest in their employee’s as they prefer to promote from within.

Requirements:

10-20+ years Quantity Surveying experience in the UK
Contractor or PQS background
Educational qualifications are favourable (HNC/HND or BSc)
Construction project experience with a biased towards housing / social housing is essential
