My client are a UK market leader in commercial building, primarily focused on the residential, retail, office, health, education, and defence & secure sectors. They work on traditional contracts, Design & Build and PFI.
The Senior Surveyor will answer directly to the Commercial director and will have full control over all Commercial issues on the projects including managing less senior staff, sub-contractor issues and all cost and variation issues.
My client will pay around £40,000 per annum for the ideal candidate, this position also comes with a company car / allowance and an excellent company benefits package.
