This prominent group is one of the most respected in Australia building and developing a range of medium sized projects in the $20m-$100m range. Due to an established pipeline of work extending well into 2008 - 2009 this client is seeking to recruit several Contract Administrators to work out of their Brisbane head office.
As the successful applicant you must be able to demonstrate a solid track record of achievement working with top tier companies as a QS in the building or civils industry. Your ability to administer projects, manage variations, prepare scope of works, call and analyse prices for trade packages and put together progress claims are a prerequisite.
It is envisaged the successful candidate will have the following skill set:

? Substantial knowledge of building practice, tendering and the administration of contracts
? Sound knowledge of construction administration being able to work closely with contractors and project managers
? Ability to work without close supervision, meet deadlines and able to exercise sound independent judgement and responsibility.

Genuine opportunities are available for applicants who wish to progress their career through to Project Manager level.
