Estimator – Newbury


This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with 5 years of estimating experience. The successful Estimator will need to come from a Main Contractor background and have mainly construction experience. The position is based in Newbury, Berkshire.

My client have a solid business plan for the next five years and this opportunity offers the chance to join at a very exciting period in the company’s history.

They work on projects worth up to £7m.

They turnover £30m per annum which will grow up to £33m for the next financial year. Due to this steady growth stream they have a vacancy for an Estimator to work from their offices in Newbury.

Requirements
• 5 years estimating experience
• Main Contractor background
• You need to have worked on building projects worth from £500k to £2m
