All Quantity Surveyors – Olympic Village Projects
My client is looking for Quantity Surveyors from Assistant Quantity Surveyors to Associate level. Their requirement for Quantity Surveyors is due to a new office being opened in Oxford, with projects including The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and The Olympic Village.
Location: New Office based in Oxford
Remuneration:
Up to £55,000 depending on Quantity Surveyor experience

My client has opened a new office in Oxford, and they have 5 people that started last week. The directors are keen to add more Quantity Surveyors to the team, to further improve the productivity of the office.
The company itself has been established for over 120 years; they are renowned for operating in the consultancy environment. The company has also had an international presence for over 40 years, and my client is looking for candidates at all levels, ideally with between five years post qualification up to associate Quantity Surveying experience.
The projects include The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and The Olympic Village, with around 40% civils 60% construction work. My client does not mind which sector or background the candidate comes from. Due to the vacancies being a completely new venture, the only necessary requirement is that the Quantity Surveyor has enough experience to feel ready to start in a new position without needing to be ‘fed with a silver spoon’.
This is an ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a completely fresh start, with a company who, due to their size an experience, can offer both short-term job enrichment, as well as long-term fulfillment.
