Int Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor/Civils Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveyor / Groundworks / Civils Quantity Surveyor is required to join a prestigious Contractor based in the Hertfordshire area to work on projects in the Home Counties and East London

My client carries out projects throughout the London area and as the successful Quantity Surveyor / Groundworks Quantity Surveyor you have the option of being based on a project which is easily commutable from your home address. The Quantity Surveyor / Groundworks / Civils Quantity Surveyor will have to travel to Hertfordshire 2 or 3 times a week to visit the office

Remuneration for the Quantity Surveyor:
£30,000 per annum plus benefits
Benefits for the Quantity Surveyor:
Fully expensed Company Car to the list price value of £15,000 plus a fuel card
If the Company car is not appealing my client will offer a car allowance
Company will contribute 4% of your annual salary to a private pension
Private Health Care

Base location for the Quantity Surveyor:
Hertfordshire

The job for the Quantity Surveyor:
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Civils / Groundworks Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of groundworks/civil engineering projects including house foundations, large sheds and retail stores valued £200,000 - £10million

My client employs a team of around 12 Quantity Surveyors and are a professional organisation which has the flexibility of a smaller company

Requirements:
Ideally 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Contractor background
Groundworks/pilling/civils project experience
