Our client has been established for over 20 years, during that time they have developed a first class reputation for building numerous mixed commercial projects throughout Australia. Due to continued growth in the Sydney office this builder is seeking to employ an experienced Project Manager.

They have built a reputation of delivering a broad range of commercial building and refurbishment solutions throughout Australia of up to $100M. This builder is constantly striving to improve the work life balance of its workforce and offers fantastic training and development opportunities.

You will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the projects under your supervision, with control of all financials, programming, client meetings, staff development and supervision. You will expected to drive your project team towards it’s collective goals and reporting to the Construction Manager in a timely manner.

You will be able to demonstrate a significant track record as a Project Manager on consistent projects over £20M in value, preferably encompassing new build and refurbishment projects. You must be an excellent communicator, possess great motivational ability and be a fantastic organiser. Candidates are welcome to apply from a trade or tertiary background, so long as you can demonstrate the above skills.
