Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor £30m Design & Build development
A Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor is required to work on construction projects valued up to £30m.
As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor you will be the number 1 commercial representative based in Gloucestershire.
Salary:
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits

Project:
Our client has recently won a £20+m design & build project in Gloucestershire, which is the sustainable development of a new office block.
They need a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor to be the sole commercial representative on the packages to liaise with sub contractors and the client.
This client offers a full range of services, including project management, cost management, construction management and additional services throughout the entire construction project lifecycle.
