This PHP Developer should possess a strong educational background and must have a strong understanding of the Internet and other related e-based platforms (i.e. CD-ROM, email, Rich media advertising). The PHP developer will be working for one of the top full service creative Agencies in the UK. Therefore the PHP Developer should be a good communicator with the ability to work with his/her own initiative to complete the tasks given.

The Role
The PHP Developer's main role will be building and developing interactive solutions for some well established clients.

Main tasks:
To implement and develop technical solutions for the clients and work as a team player in a fast moving environment.
To help educate other members of staff in digital media and present technical solutions to clients
Ability to build bespoke CMS and manage external resources and oversee technical team development and ensure coding procedures are adhered to.
Advise on timescales to complete project requests and suggesting applications to help move clients/company forward. The candidate should also have the ability to work in a multi tasking environment.

The skills required:
Hand coding HTML to validate to web standards
Understanding of accessibility issues
Ability to build bespoke CMS
PEAR DataObjects & QuickForms
PHP5 (oop), Smarty, Mysql, Actionscript, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Server maintenance experience (Windows - Linux).
