Position: Lead Process Engineer
Location: Kazakhstan
Salary/Rate: 15000 - 25000 USD per month
Rotation: 6/2
Our client is a major force in design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management services to a global client base in the oil and gas, refining and petrochemical sectors. An superb opportunity has arisen for a Lead Process Engineer for their offices in Kazakhstan on 6/2 rotation.
As Lead Process Engineer you will have extensive experience of oil and gas installations ideally gained in onshore and offshore gas processing. You will lead a role of a team of expats supporting the operation and maintenance. You will be degree educated with Chartered Status.
The role includes:
Development of Operations procedures and standing instructions
Training, development and mentoring local engineers
Troubleshooting
Optimisation
Production planning support
Managing subcontractors
Resource planning
Technical Support Hazop, hazid and risk assessment
Process Safety
Management of Change
Corrosion management support
Process Engineering, studies, process modifications
Point contact in the coordination with their London office
Developing plant support capability.
Key Skills:
Plant experience gained in an oil and gas facility
Onshore and Offshore oil and gas experience
Having Business Acumen
Procedure writing
Able to lead a team of engineers
Able to interface with the client
Knowledge of risk assessment, modelling and economic tools
This role pays a negotiable market rate/salary of $15000-$25000 USD per month with flights/Accommodation.
