Challenging role with a Energy and Utilities Consultancy, the leading provider of independent, integrated energy and utility solutions in the UK.
Opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work within the Engineering Department at the Head Office in Cardiff. You will be responsible for new sales activities associated with design, wayleave and utility project management services to residential, industrial, retail and commercial developers.
Principal duties and responsibilities will include:
Marketing campaigns; identifying target customers, setting up sales meetings, and presenting services across the UK. You will be responsible for providing proposals to and closing contracts for utility services with developers and their agents; maintenance of business development/customer relationship management systems; compliance and further development of our Quality Standards (ISO 9001 – 2000). You will have an active involvement in the development of future business strategies; maintaining awareness of developments within the energy/utilities marketplace and identifying associated opportunities.
Skills and abilities:
Prospective applicants will need to have a proven track record in provision of these services, along with excellent communication and commercial skills sets, and a full driving licence.
