This is the opportunity to work for small specialist contractors who are making a big name in their region. Scooping two recent high profile national industry awards this company have a growing reputation and are continuing to develop through strong organic growth with their current clients. Three of their current clients are some of the most recognisable retail and professional services brand names in the market. For reasons of quality and reputation my client is choosing to still work within their parameters and developing the business one project at a time. The business has been providing construction services for over 15 years, specialising in small to medium sized projects, operating for the majority in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Typically projects can range in size from £50,000 to around £5 million. I am looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to drive the business forward. Ideally they should have experience within retail-fit out but most importantly have exposure to the full construction process which can help the business grow and move forward in taking on larger projects.
