A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by my client who is one of the UK's leading mechanical and electrical services providers, to be based in their office in Manchester, just outside the city centre. This company has been established for over 80 years and has continued to progress from strength to strength which now sees them as one of the major players in M&E service and consultancy. The successful candidate will grow into an integral part of their team and will be given the responsibility to run with projects themselves and to manage and develop the more junior members of the team. The projects consist of new build and refurbishment within the pharmaceutical, health, education, leisure and residential sectors.
