Tasks:
• You will be responsible for the professional presentation of the company to customer bodies, consortium partners and the industry at all consortium meetings
• You will manage the compilation of pre-qualification documentation, tender submissions and commercial offers
• You will review all project tender documentation, highlighting legal and commercial issues
• You will compile risk analyses and risk pricing schedules
• You will prepare basic financial models prepared by the consortia or their advisors
• You will manage the databases, including archives and back-ups
Skills and Qualifications:
• University degree in engineering or law
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of a transport infrastructure in Europe
• Broad knowledge of developing business within PPP’s and BOT’s
• Strong technical background
• Strong negotiation and contracting background
• Outstanding professional skills and experience in project development
• Excellent client management skills
• Authority and accountability in the delivery of projects
• Fluency in English ( oral and written)
