Regional Project QA Engineer
Experience of working in an Engineering FEED and detailed design environment in a Quality role.
Good understanding of a multi-disciplined Engineering approach.
Engineering background should be Oil & Gas based with offshore project exposure.
Good understanding of ISO 9001
ISO 9001 Auditing Certificate and auditing experience.
Experience with implementing Quality Systems.
Experience of Fabrication and Sub-contractor/Supplier Control.
To provide quality assurance support to current and future projects
Reporting to requests from Project Managers.
Undertake QA/QC project support activities, including production of Quality Plans, Audit schedules, supplier monitoring and other support activities.
Reviewing and commenting on project documents and client and supplier subcontractor documents.
Assist the project manager in delivering a quality project in accordance with contract requirements, project control plans and company procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure that the projects fulfill ISO 9001 criteria.
Responsible for undertaking project internal/external audits as part of an audit team and as an individual.
Managing any project CAR/NCRs and proactively assist in the close out of any identified deficiencies.
Promote the implementation and culture of the Quality Management System in accordance with company procedures and the company Quality Policy.
Weekly and monthly reporting to the Project Managers and the SHEQ Manager.
