BRIEF DESCRIPTION
All projects, covering engineering and project management of pipelines and subsea systems for the oil and gas industry also company HSEQ systems.
Engineering degree or equivalent and three years experience of working in a health, safety and environmental role in an engineering organisation. Experience in the oil and gas industry is not essential. The position is intended for someone in the early stages of a career in HSE who wants to develop that career in the oil and gas industry.
They will work with a small team of highly experienced HSEQ engineers and so will have good opportunities to develop their knowledge. However, some understanding of, or training in, areas such as management systems and risk assessment would be an advantage. Candidates should be willing to expand their work areas to include quality management systems.
