Senior Quantity Surveyor: £35-45,000 Plus Car & Excellent Package. I have been instructed to recruit for a New position with one of the countries leading specialists in social Housing, working in both new build and refurbishment this business has continually grown quickly since its creation 25 years ago. Due to the size and scale of the current project undertakings, a requirement has now become imminent for a Senior Surveyor to join this growing Commercial Team of 22. This position is a key appointment for the business and will require the experience to manage large multi-million pound contracts through the process from tender to completion. On top of that this person will be expected to develop their own smaller unit within the team, this means they will be given members of the team to develop and manage but also to recruit themselves key staff to work underneath them. What I am looking for are candidates with the right drive to manage a team within a team, someone who is looking for the exposure to Commercially Manage projects and someone who can grow and develop with the business as they continue to go from strength to strength.
