Candidates for the Quantity Surveying positions would ideally be degree qualified or equivalent and working towards their APC. You should be stand-alone and have experience of the pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties on large projects with working knowledge of the current suite of JCT Contracts. You must be a team player and client facing in approach. Candidates for the Senior Quantity Surveying positions will be MRICS qualified or equivalent and be able to demonstrate experience of the full pre and post contract services in managing large multi-million pound projects with knowledge of the full suite of JCT Contracts.
