Senior Estimator: Stockport: Up to £45,000 + Car, Healthcare, Pension. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction company based in Stockport. Operating for over 50 years the company is experiencing a prolonged period of growth even given the current market conditions. This position is to work alongside 1 other Estimator and is reporting directly into the Commercial Manager. This is to work as part of a 25 strong Commercial team and will allow the candidate exposure to working on a diverse range of projects including schools, commercial, retail, house building and larger scale developments. Typical contracts can vary from £1-40million. The role itself will involve working closely with the ?bid team? members including Pre-construction and Operations to produce optimum tender bid, whilst achieving profitability, H & S and Quality targets. The senior estimator will be expected to have continuous liaison with members of the Multibuild ?bid team? internally and externally, to ensure the optimum bid is provided for submission.
