Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham - Leisure Sector
An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is urgently required for an existing commercial team with a major consultancy in central Birmingham.
The successful Quantity Surveyor can command a salary in the region of:
Up to £27,000 per annum depending upon experience
Company Car/Car allowance
Pension
Private Health
The Role
Our client is currently seeking an ambitious graduate to join a team that specialises in commercial, mixed use construction and inner city residential developments.
They are currently involved in numerous projects and the successful Quantity Surveyor would be involved in a roll out of projects for pub chains or the leisure industry.
Future Development
Further training and development is at the forefront of our client's future business strategy and they have a number of attractive schemes on offer.
For example our client is happy to support APC study for any Quantity Surveyor keen to become chartered and will also support day release for those looking to complete degree study.
