This world leading company in power conversion technology customises solutions to convert electrical energy into productive performance, through the design and manufacture of rotating machinery.
To aid further expansion new Applications Engineers are urgently required to join the company.
Responsibilities will include detail design activities in the design of power systems for renewable and power generation applications. Developing, compiling and running models to simulate complex power conversion, distribution and transmission systems. Additionally the successful engineer will provide technical input into renewable energy projects in both wind power, wave and tidal power generation.
An in depth knowledge of power converter and power control products is essential and successful candidates should also have an excellent background in real-time, simulation or PLC programming, electrical systems modelling and drives control systems.
