This successful engineering business supply manufactured components to the Power Generation, Oil & Gas industries and due to a expansion in their sales order book they are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team.
Duties:
* Performing inspection requirements in accordance with the company's product quality requirements
* Record all traceability related information as required by the company's management system
* Liaise with suppliers in relation to quality related performance
* Monitor calibration status and maintain associated records for all inspection equipment
* Participate in 6S activities
* Support continuous improvement initiatives
The Candidate:
Good working history within quality control and have experience of operating CMM's.
City & Guilds qualified within an engineering discipline and be conversant with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
