Our client, a leading technical support specialist within the machine tool industry was founded in response to the growing need for an independent provider with the ability to implement a range of support services, including trouble shooting, problem solving, consultancy and development. The team consists of dedicated professionals comprising of highly qualified engineers and management. Expansion brings a requirement for an Applications Engineer.
Being West Midlands based going out on customer sites as and when required. You will be responsible for providing demonstrations and applications support to current customers, potential clients and engineers as well as having close liaison with the sales and service department to ensure satisfaction throughout the life cycle of machinery installations.
You will come from a Machine Tool background, hold in depth experience around machining centres while showing a professional level of communication and the ability to work on own initiative.
