With offices in London, South East and South Africa, A1Secured is a rail and construction project recruitment consultancy delivering total recruitment solutions to our worldwide clients.

We currently provide staff on a Permanent, Contract or Interim basis at all levels, including IT, Administration and support roles.

Due to the increase in demand from our PSL clients, additional consultants (all levels) are now required at our Eastbourne Office.

The role.

We are looking for consultants all levels to manage large blue chip client accounts (up to 50 vacancies at a time) including client visits, tender reviews, organising recruitment plans and delivering to the standards required by the client.

Day to day activities include;

·Client liaison, including meetings and reviews at Blue Chip level.
·Candidate search and selection
·Database Management
·Business development of existing clients (no cold calling!!)
·Advertising response Management.

The candidate.

Ideally you will have recruitment experience within construction, engineering or rail although candidates that demonstrate a desire to succeed coupled with the ability to work on your own as well as in a team will be considered.
Full training will be provided together with a live desk of Blue chip clients (currently 60 + live vacancies) ready for you to start earning from.
