IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE PRICING QS Required: Sheffield Excellent rates available I am dealing with an immediate vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor to work for one of the regions most established and respected names in the buildings and civil engineering industry. Their current requirement comes from a new £20 million project with Network Rail and the business sees the need to add another member to the team initially in the short term to help with the increased workload. This is a very important placement for the business; this person will report to the Commercial manager but will be expected to work for the majority of the time looking after pricing for both this new current work and further projects coming through. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are available at short notice and should both parties agree there would be more work made available following the completion of this section of work. As a business they have an annual turnover in excess of £300 million and has been growing since its creation over 50 years ago. Within the current team of 12 surveyors this person will be expected to be able to work on their own initiative, be able to hit the ground running and to play a key role in the current workload.
