Attention all Controls Engineers..........Fed up of working on old equipment?

The worlds leading manufacturer of optical medical products with a turnover of 114 million dollars, employing over 13,000 people in over 100 countries, are currently looking to strengthen their automated controls team with the immediate addition of a new Controls Engineer.

The role will encompass all aspects of synchronization of production machinery, implementation of SCADA packages and review, improvement and introduction of software used throughout the automated manufacturing plant. Responsibility also includes technical support of development engineers and operations regarding content of software. You will have some form of recognised electrical/electronic qualification, experience in a similar FMCG control environment including SCADA, PLC programming, control system design and working knowledge of Visual Basic and HMI development packages.

In return the company can offer a salary of up to £35,000, contributory pension scheme, life assurance and 28 days holiday (Inc statuary).
