BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Development of detailed programmes and workscopes to support execution of the annual inspection strategy.

Preparation of 5 year inspection plans.

Co-ordinates execution of offshore inspection plans, extending to all third parties controlled under the terms of the contract in accordance with appropriate legislation and procedures.

Provision of detailed reports from offshore surveys and also ensures timely receipt and review of third party reports.

Review of inspection trends and anomalies; ensure close out of anomalies by the appropriate surveys, defect assessment by the discipline engineer, addressing appropriate remedial work as necessary.

Liaises with offshore and undertakes appropriate action on all failures.

Management of and reporting on overdue surveys and deferrals.

Input of inspection data / summaries for and attendance at monthly system reviews and the bi-monthly integrity review via the Senior Corrosion Engineer.

Co-ordinates, prepares and organises Plant Inspection Reviews ( PIRs )

Ensures system reviews and PIR output translate into appropriate inspection activities.

Assists with development of specific integrity strategies.

Oversees update of department weekly progress report.

Oversees preparation of CTRs.



Confirms competency of personnel assigned to CNS surveys / project under IIA responsibility.

Ensures timely completion of relevant actions under both the action tracking system ( AIMS ) and the Traction System.

Implements and assists with the development of relevant areas of the Facilities Integrity Management System ( FIMS ).

Provides input for contract Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ), Quarterly Business Unit mtgs, innovation and cross asset learning .


Other Duties:

Ensure compliance with HSEQ polices and systems.

Undertake other duties as required by the IIA Manager / Delivery Team leader
