Our client provides engineering services and systems solutions to major customers in the energy and utility sectors worldwide, providing leading edge methodologies in Structural Reliability Analysis, Pressure Uprating, Direct Assessment, and Remnant Life estimation. An exciting new opportunity now exists for a suitably qualified and experienced professional to assume responsibility for one or more of these technical areas within the portfolio

Job requirements include taking responsibility for ensuring technical quality in the appropriate field(s), being a custodian for methodologies, associated software and processes, delivering structural integrity assessment projects and integrity management consultancy and developing new business including initiating and closing out proposals

Skills and attributes requirements are a relevant degree (or equivalent) in engineering or other discipline, chartered status, preferably a recognised expert in structural reliability or probabilistic integrity management techniques. Experience in one of the following areas is necessary: reliability based design, structural reliability analysis of pressure vessels or pipelines, probabilistic methods for integrity assessment, integrity assessments based on in line inspection data or fitness for purpose assessments. Knowledge of international standards relating to pipeline integrity management and flexibility, drive and determination are also required.
