CDM Coordinator - Building - Variety of projects - Surrey
An Intermediate CDM Coordinator is required to join a well established Consultancy based in the Surrey area
Remuneration:
£32,000 - £38,000 per annum plus benefits

The client:
Our client is an independent Health and Safety consultancy based in the Surrey area. They have two main offices and specialise in providing CDM and Health and safety services to a number of clients
Due to planned expansion they now require the CDM services of a CDM Coordinator to help with the extra work loads
The role:
As the successful CDM Coordinator you will be responsible for a number of projects including new build and refurbishment. My client initially started within the leisure industry and the bulk of their current works comes from Pubs, Clubs, Hotels and Restaurants
The successful CDM Coordinator will be based 50% on site and 50% in Surrey at my clients head office
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Consultancy which has a good portfolio of future work despite the recent worries with the credit crunch
Requirements:
Ideally 4-5 years CDM Coordinator experience
Construction / Building
Relevant project experience would also be beneficial
