Exciting recruitment opportunities in Leeds International recruitment specialist NES is opening its 19th office and is now looking for a range of personnel to join its dynamic team. All levels of recruitment and sales personnel will be considered. NES has an extensive client and candidate database with which to work, so the chance to exploit this and really make your mark with a market leader is there for the taking! If you have previous recruitment experience, you could be just what we?re looking for. Preferably from a technical/engineering recruitment background (although not essential), you will be able to demonstrate contract or permanent GP performance, experience of client liaison and/or key account management and the ability to network an established database of contacts. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Daily duties will include client and candidate liaison, co-ordination of interviews, negotiation, setting up contracts and the generation of new business through the provision of an exceptional service, leading to referrals and the timely identification of new opportunities, such as the approval of new projects. As you will be placing a wide range of different candidates, you must be an excellent communicator at all levels.
