Estimator / Project Estimator - £10million-£500million developments
An Estimator / Project level Estimator is required to join a prestigious housing developer based in the North London area
Remuneration:
£35,000 - £50,000 per annum plus benefits, which include a company car or car allowance and a pension contribution scheme

North London
The client:
My client is an award-winning and creative developer with a record of culturally successful and diverse projects. Initially established as a joint venture in 1997, my client transforms former industrial sites and other land into sustainable and attractive developments.
The job:
The successful Estimator will be working very closely with the Commercial Director on residential developments worth £10million - £500million which contain some commercial elements
The successful Estimator will need to have at least basic estimating skills ideally with some residential project experience. My client is willing to help train an assistant level estimator however they would like the successful candidate to ideally have more than 4 years estimating experience
My client is also willing to consider a Quantity Surveyor who wants to specialise in just estimating
Requirements:
Ideally you will have 4-10+ years estimating / Quantity Surveying experience
Contractor/Consultancy backgrounds will be considered however a housing developer background is ideal
Residential/Housing project experience is advantageous
