Your Profile

My Client is an award-winning Online Marketing Company and they are looking for a C# .Net Web Developer who has a real enthusiasm and passion for development and improving their craft. The Ideal C# .Net Web Developer should have experience in test Driven Development and have a background in working in technical and business teams using Agile Methodologies. The C# .Net Web Developer should also have commercial experience and proven ability programming in ASP.Net using C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, Xpath and XSLT. In addition to this the C# .Net Web Developer should also have a good understanding in Object Orientated Programming along with Ajax technologies and toolkits.

The Role

The Web Developer will take a leading role in the Design and Development of new products and services including:
·Writing ASP.NET 2.0 (using C#) front end user interfaces
·Writing middle tier libraries and services using C# 2.0 and Windows Communication Foundation (C# 3.0)
·Writing nUnit tests before any functional unit of code is implemented (Test Driven Development methodology)
·Participate in design discussions and provide input to specifications
·Implement and uphold coding standards and best practices for application development using various code analysis tools such as FXCop
