Job Description
A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking to recruit a Sustainability Consultant with knowledge of assessing carbon levels to join the Environmental team based in Edinburgh.
About the Role
*Inspect residential and commercial properties
*Produce energy efficient rating and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
*You will also suggest ways to improve energy performance of buildings
*Provide advice on the design and operation of mechanical and electrical systems
*Make full use of building simulation tools
About You
*Ideally a relevant BSc although HND (or equivalent) in Building Services, Energy Conservation or similar subject will be considered
*Membership of an approved EPC accreditation scheme or the Low Carbon Consultants scheme
*Experience in passive / low energy building design
*Knowledge of BREEAM, ideally with a qualification
