Job Description
A leading engineering, environmental and planning consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Hydrogeologist to join the successful and expanding Environmental team. The role will be based in Manchester.

About the Role
*Be able to understanding the market and able to develop business within the relevant sector
*Undertaking groundwater risk assessments for contaminated land and groundwater projects
*Undertaking groundwater risk assessments for landfill sites for PPC
*Undertaking groundwater risk assessments for mineral exploration permitting
*Numerical modelling for complex groundwater resource projects
*Advising on the requirements and design of soil and groundwater remediation projects
*Input to the groundwater aspects of major infrastructure developments for EIA

About You
*BSc in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology or similar
*Ideally have a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject
*Previous experience of working on a similar role, ideally within a UK consultancy
*Knowledge or experience of the Scottish market would be an advantage
