A Junior Planner or an Assistant Planner is required by a market leader. Working within their planning department, you will be assisting project planning from conception to completion, progress reporting and progress monitoring.You will be based onsite in Central London.

Our client is a major international construction contractor, with a reputation as a market leader. They have a diverse portfolio that includes projects within the construction markets and facilities management.

Our client has recently won a £150m regeneration project to be based in Central London. The work will include regeneration, restoration and the internal refurbishment of a heritage building. This role is 100% site based.

Essential skills:

-The ideal candidate will have spent a minimum of 12 months working as a planner
-You will have at least 2 years construction experience ideally
-You will be proficient in the use of planning software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a team player.
- Must be ambitious and possess a determination to succeed.
- Eligible to work in the UK.


You will work within the planning department, and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

-Assisting in the creation of detailed project plans
-Progress monitoring and progress reporting
-Communicating with the planning department internally, and clients and contractors externally

Remuneration

Salaries will vary dependent on levels of experience, but you can expect a basic salary of between £20,000 and £35,000 per annum. The company offers a generous benefits package, which will include company car/car allowance, healthcare plan and pension.
