The position offers an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to assist in driving through changes and improvements to the services provided by the engineering and project department, as well as a the potential for succession to the site engineering role. They require an experienced engineer with hands-on refrigeration, electrical and mechanical experience, first line management of day to day maintenance operations utilising computerised maintenance systems, with emphasis on improving service performance and reducing down time whilst controlling costs. You will manage the engineering team, to ensure full compliance with group and site policies on Health & Safety issues and assist with the preparation and control of revenue and capital budget/costs In return the company offers a salary up to £35,000 with 25 days Holiday (+8 Stats), a contribution pension and up to 4 x basic salary for death in service.
