My client are an international leader in the provision of Geotechnical developments and schemes. Consistently voted as one of the 'Top 100 Big Companies' they have a network of employees reaching 5000 in the UK alone. They have an immediate vacancy for a Geotechnical Engineer to join their Nottingham office and become a permanent, integral part of the Geotechnical and Environmental team. The role is ideal for someone with previous experience working for a large private consultancy. You will become responsible for undertaking soil, rock and bedrock assessmentson new projects,risk assessments of site, monitorig site conditions and designing proposed foundations. Working alongside a multitude of clients including private developers and local authorities, you should have an excellent understanding of landfills, embankments and tunnels. Ideally, you will hold a relevant Masters' degree and have already gained full Chartered status. This role is not open to a contract position, but does offer a very competitive salary, with industry leading benefits package.
