Associate Director

My client is looking for an Associate Director to be based from their London City office. The successful candidate will need to have a proven Quantity Surveying background and will ideally be a member of the Royal Institution of Quantity Surveyors.

Location: London City

Remuneration: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus scheme + Pension + Car / Car allowance + Subscriptions to associations fully paid for.

Company and Role: My client is one of the leading consultancy’s who are key figures in the construction industry and who provide programme and project management, cost management and management consultancy services. Their expertise has allowed them to grow to span across six continents and over 50 offices. My clients’ current projects in the rail industry are valued at £0.5 – 1.5 Billion.

My client’s customers benefit greatly from their huge knowledge and management expertise and are assisted in delivering their projects including large construction and infrastructure projects and the operation of major assets, with the guarantee of time and cost. Whilst the company is large, they strive to retain their singularity as a business and work as an integrated global business unit with geographic service, client and market sector diversity.

My client is currently looking for an Associate Director to join their expanding team.

Skills Required: The successful candidate will be a degree-qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor with thorough experience. They will manage and check subordinates work, and will have previously led and managed a team of surveyors/estimators. Good estimating experience is essential but experience of stations and operating railways would be a bonus.
