A high profile international EPCM organisation is seeking an equally as high calibre Lead Cost Controller for a newly formed resource alliance in Kazakhstan. Initally based in London, then Almaty Kazakstan, you will be responsible for leading Cost Reporting, Cost Forecasting and Cost Phasing. Sub-Contract cost control, Change Control and project cost variance monitoring. This role will involved regular liaison with engineers, project team, quantity surveyors and project accounts. Therefore you must be a team player with exceptional communication skills. Ideally you will have substantial experience, particularly in capital cost control on large minerals and metals based projects. Understanding of Head Office TIC (Total Installation Cost/Total cost of EPC) control experience, with a specific bias to procurement, specifically materials cost control is desirable.
