£30,000 per annum

The Assistant Quantity Survey / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Project:
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be based initially within my client's Pharmaceutical division. However you will be provided with the opportunity to experience work in other sectors if you so wish.
Current UK projects that you will experience include multi million pound hospital developments, medium scale laboratories (valued circa £50 million) and niche research centre's.
You will also be given the opportunity to travel and gain experience on international projects. This will ensure that you are developing your skill set and becoming an extremely rounded Quantity Surveyor
Assistant Quantity Survey / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
Ideally 3-4 years of Quantity Surveying experience
BSc in Quantity Surveying is desirable
PQS / Consultancy background is advantageous
Experience of Pharmaceutical projects is desirable
