A high profile international EPCM organisation is seeking an equally as high calibre Engineering Manager for newly formed resource alliance in Kazakhstan. A permanent position on 6 & 2 rotation to Almaty, Kazakhstan, you will manage multi-discipline engineering requiremenrs including technical quality, safety in design as well as provide progress, on several significant copper Concentrator/Smelter feasibility studies within the Minerals and Metals customer sector. Most importantly you will provide visible technical leadership for the project alliance management team whilst driving value improving initiatives in design. Ideally you will have a proven track record of working in design on large client focused international, multi discipline projects in the Minerals and Metals Industry with 15 years conceptual, front end and detailed engineering design experience gained in the design office of a major engineering company. Russian speaking is highly desirable. Are you ready for a change of scenery?
