Immediately they currently wish to recruit a Business Development Manager to be responsible for: ? Prospecting on new and existing customers in defined segments to establish own customer base, move prospects forward in pipeline and reach individually set sales targets ? Follow the set business processes and the given routines for the business area and company ? Assure that internal work is done in compliance with written and verbally set administrative economical routines. It is essential that you have skills and experience in: ? Tendering process and law ? Commercially astute in regards to ES process and ES contract ? C3 Process ? Sales skills / planning, solution selling ? pipeline coaching ? Presentation, language, oral and written skills ? Is driven and self motivated. In return my client offers a basic salary of up to £45,000, company car, and bonus scheme c40% of salary, company pension scheme, life assurance (x 6 of salary) and private self and family health cover.
