Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Cannock
Our client is seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor can command a salary in the region of:
-Up to £18,000 per annum depending upon experience
-Car or car allowance
-Pension Scheme
-Health Care
-Bonus Scheme
Our client is a contractor based in the West Midlands and specialise in fit-outs and refurbishments in restaurant, retail and leisure projects. Typical project values run from £100,000 to £2,000,000.
The Role:
It is not essential for the successful candidate to have refurbishment experience, but would be desirable. Candidates require a minimum of a HNC qualification to be considered for this position.
The position would be based in Cannock and would not require visiting projects sites initially.
